Higaki Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (hereafter, "the Company") considers the appropriate handling of personal information to be a corporate social responsibility.
Therefore, the Company establishes the following as its basic policy on the handling of personal information, and handles and manages personal information based on this policy.

1.Purpose of Personal Information Usage

Customers personal information is used for the following purposes only:
・Provision of information on products and services, and related information
・Making improvements to products and services
・Responding to customer inquiries

2.Provision to Third Parties

The Company does not provide user personal information in its possession to any third party except in the following cases:
・If the user to whom the personal information belongs agrees to said provision in advance
・If provision is required by law
・If provision is required for the protection of life, body or property
・In special cases where provision is required for purposes of public health or the sound upbringing of children

3.Disclosure, Correction and Deletion in Accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information

If the user requests the disclosure, correction and/or deletion of any personal information they have provided to the Company, the Company will respond as quickly and diligently as possible after confirming the identity of the person making the request.
・If said disclosure, correction or deletion infringes upon the rights or interests of any third party
・If said disclosure, correction or deletion seriously impairs the proper execution of business by any other company
・If said disclosure, correction or deletion is in violation of any law

4.Personal Information Management

The Company implements security measures and makes improvements to these as needed in order to securely manage customer's personal information.

5.Adherence to Laws, Regulations and Rules

In regard to personal information protection, the Company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations and rules.
